Survey of Speech-Language Pathologists Practice Patterns

As part of a dissertation research study, Stephanie Watts is conducting a survey of Speech Language Pathologists practice patterns. The survey will ask you about assessments you use while conducting a clinical (bedside) swallowing examination (CSE).

If you choose to take the survey, it should take no more than five-ten minutes of your time. Even if you start the survey, you may stop at any time. No personal information about you will be collected/recorded. Participation in this study survey is voluntary.
