Complaint Review and Resolution Policy

Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality continuing education experiences. Participant feedback is essential to maintaining educational integrity and service excellence. This policy explains how concerns or complaints related to our programs or services may be submitted and addressed.

Submitting a Complaint
Participants who wish to report dissatisfaction with a continuing education program or service must submit a written complaint. Submissions should include:

  • The complainant’s full name
  • Current contact information
  • The title and date of the program or service
  • A clear and detailed description of the concern, including any relevant
    circumstances or individuals involved
  • How to Submit
    • Complaints must be emailed to: jonathan@dysphagiacafe.com
  • Confirmation of Receipt
    • Complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days, except in cases of unforeseen delays. The acknowledgment will confirm receipt, identify the individual responsible for review, and outline anticipated next steps.
  • Evaluation Process
    • Each complaint will be carefully reviewed. This process may involve consultation with staff or contractors, review of documentation, and consideration of contextual factors related to the concern.
  • Resolution Timeline and Actions
    • We strive to reach a resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
    • Outcomes may include clarification of policies, service adjustments, corrective actions, refunds where appropriate, or other reasonable remedies.
  • Notification of Outcome
    • The final determination will be communicated to the complainant in writing.
  • Appeal Process
    • If the complainant disagrees with the resolution, a written appeal may be submitted within ten (10) business days of receiving the decision. Appeals should include any additional supporting information. A final response will be issued within ten (10) business days of appeal receipt.
  • Recordkeeping
    • All complaints, reviews, and outcomes will be documented and retained in accordance with organizational standards.
