Alyssa Walter, BHS (H&S), MSLP, CPSP

Alyssa completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Sydney, graduating with a Master of Speech Language Pathology in 2013. Since that time, she has worked in large rural hospitals rotating across roles in the acute, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab and aged care caseloads. She developed an interest in dysphagia during her final clinical placement and focused much of her clinical work on dysphagia assessment and management. Alyssa is passionate about rural health and empowers all staff to advance their clinical skills and take ownership of their learning and development.
