“Know your anatomy!”

Here’s another video I found that is very informative. This video gives an excellent tutorial through those sensitive regions in the neck and demonstrates the proximity to vital landmarks, such as the vagus nerve and Internal Jugular Vein. This video is especially important when working with those patients who are s/p radical neck dissection. If you are going to skip around the video a little, I suggest the beginning portion, skip the plastic model portion in the middle and watch the last 5 minutes.
